Yes, They Actually Treat Their Kids This Way

This is another story of a girl who was born into Scientology.
How can parents treat their children this way?  It happens all
the time.

My mother found Scientology in her early 20s. She came from an
extremely dysfunctional family and the Church promised to make her
a better person and fulfilled her desire to help other people. They
became her family. Unfortunately for me and my brother (and my future
siblings), that meant all of her resources – all of her time and what
little money she had – went to the Church instead of to caring for us.

One of my first memories was being picked up by the police as I was
walking to the Church nursery by myself in a city that was known as the
murder capital of the United States. I must have been about 4 years old.
I was waiting for a light to turn green when a man took hold of my arm
and flagged down a police car. He couldn’t believe I was by myself and
wanted to make sure I was okay. The police drove me to the nursery
(following my directions) and made sure I arrived safely.

OT8, Class9 Staff Member Defrauded for a Million Dollars

This lady was a Hard core Scientologist. She was an OT8, which is the highest level you can get at this time in Scientology. She was a Class9 Auditor, very highly trained. She was on staff at Flag, the so called Mecca of Technical Perfection. And the "church" conned a million bucks out of her. Please click here to read her story.  It shows how the Church of Scientology will stop at nothing to drain every last dollar out of it's members.

Suicide Cult

Sometimes, in my research, I feel like just giving up and having a good cry. But I feel that it is important to keep these names alive so that others be made aware that these problems exist in the Church of Scientology, even though they claim that there is no "case" that they cannot handle. Another sad thing is, because of the church's policies, most of the world as well as most members of the church will never hear the truth about these deaths.

An OT8 Shares Her Wins

Many people leave the Church of Scientology because they have gotten up
to the upper levels, even up to OT8, and found that they have been deceived.
This is the story of one of them.

The follower of the religion called Scientology is convinced that once he
has reached a level called "OT 8", he will achieve the skills of those Hindu
gurus who manage to travel through space without their bodies and who carry
out magical actions cancelling physical laws. Also, future reincarnations as
human beings or as animals are supposed to cease — thus conquering immortality!
— and the believer is supposed to meet with happiness and success in his or her
present life. This is what the founder of Scientology, Ron Hubbard, has promised.

WOW WHAT A STORY! Interviews with Barbara Kaye.

"Barbara Kaye" (a pseudonym) was a pretty blonde 20-year-old in 1950 when
she became L. Ron Hubbard's PR assistant and, before long, his lover. For
the next year she was in a unique position to see the changes in Hubbard
during his meteoric rise and fall from 1950-51. In 1986, she was
interviewed by the British writer and journalist Russell Miller for his
biography of Hubbard, Bare-Faced Messiah. The following is a transcript
of the two interviews conducted by Miller. Her reminiscences give a
fascinating insight into Hubbard's mental state at the time.

In one part she says, "He interviewed me for the job. I had read about him, had read about Dianetics.
At that time I had been through university with a major in psychology - he
bounced ideas off me because he had no background whatsoever in psychology.
He told me that before he wrote Dianetics, because he had no background in
psychology, he went to the University of Chicago library and asked for the
latest book on psychology and read this book - that was the only thing he had
ever read on the subject."

A SEA ORG CHILD IS FULL OF WOE

This is a long story, but well worth the read. It is the true story of a girl
who was brought up in the repressive Church of Scientology. It would be
bad enough if it were an isolated incident. But is is not. It has happened,
and is still happening to many, many Sea Org Children. Please share this
story with as many people as you can, so that we may finally end the
abuses of the Church of Scientology.

Please read her story here.

HOW SCIENTOLOGY TREATS IT'S CHILDREN

Yolanda Howell about living in the
Sea Organization

The ill-effects of scientology on my family were devastating
and permanent. When we joined scientology we were generally a
loving and happy family. We had just built an upscale house
in the suburbs with all the amenities. My husband and I sought
to provide our family with the stability and caring that they
required. I was only 21, and had three children, ages four
months, one year and three years.

Within one year after joining scientology we were divorced and
had moved the children four times. My children and I were
living in squalor in the Sea Org.

I joined scientology staff at the local mission. This quickly
drove my husband crazy. He came to the mission to kill everyone
and threatened to blow his head off with a shotgun. I acquired
sole legal custody after the incident. Someone at the mission
"handled" him and he went on staff, too. He could not pay child
support.
